Return & Exchange

If you receive a damaged product or are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can apply for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return Details:

  • The returned item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition (as received), 
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

EXCHANGE

If you’ve received a damaged or defective product, or if you’d like to exchange your product for any reason, don’t hesitate to contact us at support@pearlvibe.shop and we'll inspect the issue and initiate the exchange


RETURN & EXCHANGE REPORTING PROCESS

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@pearlvibe.shop to request a return, refund, or exchange. Be sure to provide your order ID and attach any pictures showing the issue with the product.
  2. Ship the Item: Attach the return label to your package and send it back to us.
  3. Confirmation: Once we receive your item, we will inspect and confirm it. After approval:
    • For Refunds: It will be credited back to your original payment method and it may take 5-10 business days to appear in your bank account
    • For Exchanges: Your new item will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
