What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please first contact us at support@pearlvibe.shop to request a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note, we cannot accept returns without prior approval.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Currently, we only ship within the USA and do not offer international shipping.
